“I absolutely loooooved my extensions !!! Like 10/10 ! But unfortunately my wrap ponytail extension didn’t hold up to the excitement. I have to wear my hair up everyday for work so I was very excited about this product. But when I took it out of the packaging it seemed okay so I didn’t think nothing of it, but after wearing it 2 times it started feeling extremely dry and not silky like the ones I’ve had in the past. Also the clip broke after wearing it a couple times and I had to resew it on. I am very sad about this happening but my extensions kind of make up for it.”

“Honestly I was so excited to purchase my Bellami extensions. I even had to put them on a payment plan to be able to afford then. I had heard so many great reviews I thought it was worth it. Once I received my order I was missing all 4 single clips as well as 1 of my 2 piece wefts. I called costumer service and yes they were great and sent me a new pack the next day, and I returned mine. Once again my excited built up. Sure enough this package had to be perfect no flaws! What are the chances I get two packages that had a default to them. Sure enough 2 clips on my pack didn’t work. The 3 piece weft which was also my heaviest weft the clip on the end wouldn’t bend to close. Also one of my 2 piece wefts the clip was also damaged. I was so upset and disappointed.”
