“I actually never received my extensions but I am rating then based on customer service. I never received the extensions, called your team, and was told they were delivered. No one cared that I never actually got them and have been ordering these for years. I was told a research case would be opened and would be contacted. I received no contact or email. You have lost a customer due to your customer service.”
“The ponytail i received, is not a good quality and it is to heavy and thick for my Scandinavian hair. I wont use it, so im sad that i paid taxes for it.”
“I’ve worn them only a few times and the clips have broken off, and the wefts shed hair. I will probably never be purchasing from Bellami again. It’s crazy because I hear so many great things about their extensions but the ones I paid almost 300$ for are complete trash.”

“This is my fourth set of Bellami extensions over the past few years and honestly I am disappointed in the quality of the hair . I have maybe used the extensions 5 times and they are becoming very dry and frizzy at the ends . I have only used low setting heat with a straightener gently twice to over all smooth the extensions and also applied heat protectant before applying the heat. I have taken proper care and yet still after barley being used the extensions seem dry though I literally just received them and only wear on occasion. Not sure if you’ve changed the hair used then previously but I must say I am very disappointed in this set of extensions I have received”
