“This color was not an exact match for my hair and was really heavy so was rather uncomfortable to wear. I have never actually worn it outside my home. It was not my favorite and I feel like it looks fake.”
“So, I have ordered from Bellami hair and I am a hairstylist and let me tell you when they use the words chocolate brown and you receive something that is Id say more of a caramel color its almost laughable. Please either change the name or come out with proper colors cause when I think of let's say chocolate for example I think a medium to dark brown not caramel. Just be careful ladies the names and even the pics are a bit deceiving. I even ordered my Mom a vibrant red piece and it was a light copper at best. Overall disappointed with the colors which is strange because I bought the Lily Ghalichi extensions a few years ago and the color was spot on.”
“I accidently opened the seal not knowing that when i open it i can return them. The hair color was so far off. I threw 140 dollars down the drain because you guys wouldnt let me exchange them even thought they never went in my hair. I just had my first daughter and i thought I would do one last nice thing for myself so i bought the extensions. I begged for you guys to please let me exchange them and that i had made an honest mistake. You guys said no. Ill never buy from here again. And also the free pony tail wrap i was givin was not even close to the same color as my hair or the extensions that were sent yet they were both apparently chocolate brown.”
