“The length was great, but the color was way off. I selected chocolate brown and based off the picture look like a brown however is very auburn like, doesnt match at all. Unfortunately I won’t be able to use it.”
“It’s hard to pick a level of tone for the hair online from seeing it in person..the hair feels nice but the tone was totally off and I emailed the customer service to exchange them and never received a reply back..so I never really was able to use the extensions even though I was very excited to get them.”
