“I didnt get my extensions when I first ordered them. It took a month for to get a replacement. I had ordered them with a pony tail and i never got the ponytail. I cant even return them because I already tried them on. My friend ordered the same ones and hers were thicker and longer.The description said full and thick and the extensions I received were thin and small. I kept asking for customer service to send me my extensions and they wouldn't until I asked for a refund. I am not satisfied or happy with this hair experience. I could have just gone to Sally's for extensions if I knew they were going to be thin and small”
