“I just received my pony and it hurts and is very heavy. There is NO WAY I can wear this hair. I have watched multiple videos on YouTube and none mention how uncomfortable this is. Basically threw $75CAD in the garbage :( ... and lets not get into the fall out all over my floor. I could have gone to my local hair supply and purchased something better for $10 but I trusted this brand, so I'm thoroughly disappointed.”
