“I washed my hair once how the instructions said. The hair was so rough afterwards and so tangled didn't felt the same after the wash and so much hair stared falling out after the wash. Definitely not satisfied for what I paid.”
“First of all it says the colors are mocchochina with dirty blonde. The pony tail looks completely blonde!!! I don’t know how they expect it to blend in with brown hair when the entire thing looks blonde. I tried something new when I chose this because it was free with purchase. I always buy the mocchochino hair extensions so I figured a cute mocchochino ombré pony would look nice. I can’t even wear it cuz the blonde is so over powering it looks ridiculous. Also the package came opened which was alarming, I personally think it wasn’t what I ordered and someone switched it out or something!”
