“I thought I would enjoy it more honestly. The colouring was off even the I chose the correct colour match. At the time the promotion was a ponytail included. The ponytail matches really well, but the clip in extensions that were supposed to be the same colour are SO off. They don’t even look like the ash blonde I ordered. They have so much red undertone. The ponytail is too heavy for my hair so I can’t actually use them. Unfortunately the whole purchase was kind of a waste of money. The return policy on the extensions is strict. Once you open you can’t return. The ponytail colour was fine, didn’t expect the clip in wefts to be such a flop. Look at the picture for what I’m referring to”

I thought because the extensions were the same color number they would match as well. I was completely taken by surprise when the extensions I received were strawberry blonde and not dirty blonde at all!”
