I had to search for this after customer service "said they were sorry for the confusion" I ordered the dark brown one. It came open with no seal and the color appears red not brown. I love my hair extension I bought but am very disappointed with this experience.”
“Was expecting the shine from the fact that its faux hair but it also sheds like crazy. Also not a big fan of the fact that it only has one mini comb on the inside to secure it, I feel that it would hold in place better with at least 2 of the combs. Otherwise good match and fun if only worn for a few hours. Keep a brush handy!”
“So I need everyone to be completely honest with me. If I had brought the glam set or the collection version of the hair would it have been better? When I first got the hair it seemed to tangle easy. It’s blends fine and it’s pretty through it’s lighter in color then then picture which is ok because I really like the color. My problem is that the hair seems cheap. I’ve had yaki hair from the hair store hold up better and I’m just so confused. I barely used heat on it and yet it was frizzy. I wear my hair straight and in the front yet it tangles when I do this. I wear it down my back and it needs to be brushed. I haven’t had the hair that long and I avoid heat if I can. So why does this hair seem so cheap to me? I just need to know if I should buy the more expensive one. Is it better quality or the same? If I had known the hair would be like this I wouldn’t have brought it.”
“Felt the pony was too heavy. I didn’t trust it would stay in place on it’s own without help from multiple bobby pins. Felt straggly/ fake after a few hours in. Matched well and did get compliments on it but unsure if worth it.”
“I wear them all day everyday I take good care of them and they honestly feel fake love the thickness and the length good color feel great when I shower. When there dry they feel like plastic.”
