“I can't review the one I ordered because they delivered it to the wrong address. I still have not heard from the shipping insurance company. It's been a week since I filed a claim with them. No response. Bellami did get back to me by email stating I have to file claim with the shipping insurance company. They will not send me another replacement pony, so I will not have it for the event that I bought it for. Word of advice, don't buy the shipping protection and don't count on Bellami to provide customer service.”
“I love the color pearl blonde highlights but the packaging I really couldn’t see the color of the hair need to have a better packaging so people can see the actual color of the hair need to have a picture that I can actually see the color of the hair it’s a small little window and I really couldn’t tell the color of the hair needs better packaging definitely”
“I think this may be good for some people but I personally only prefer human hair. The faux wrap ponytail just doesn’t look real and can tell its not 100 percent human hair . I would have much rather preferred the extension hanger with the zip up cover as an extra”
