“Horrible. Doesn't stay in your hair what so ever. As soon as I'd get the wrap peice of the hair around the pony and pinned it in, it would slip out every single time. I tried for about an hour and got so frustrated and gave up. I purchased 2 wraps and I am so upset I wasted so much money and you guys won't do exchanges or refunds.”
