Really disappointed on a produtct thats so expensive”
“My ponytail came in a plastic square package so it was not straight it had slight wave to it but (not a pretty wave ) one that needed to be straightened out or curled and when I tried to straighten it (it's synthetic) it felt and looked fried not shiny like it was before I put the heat on so I never got to wear it and it's also super heavy if you have fine hair like me . I was super excited and had high hopes for this ponytail as I am a momma on the go and needed something fast and cute to do to my hair I thought this pony would give me length and fullness and be quick styling routine. If the pony came in a straight package it would have been better :(”
“Color was a lot lighter than expected. I have bought 1B extensions by other companies for many years but wanted to give bellami a try. Unfortunately it ended up costing me way more money because I had to pay to have the clip ins dyed. The stylist even said it was not a 1B but more of a 1C. So either coloring is off or there was a problem in packaging. Frustrating experience. My guess problem with packaging because I got a free 1B ponytail and it way darker than the clip ins and perfectly matched my hair.”
