“The ponytail extension I purchased is not the same color as the previous extensions I bought through Bellami. When I contacted customer service they told me they can’t guarentee an exact match... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Bellami is a joke of a company. How do you do this to your customers? They wouldn’t even let me return it! I have warned so many people to stay away from Bellami and pick another company who actually cares about their customers.”
“The color matching chart was so misleading.......it cost me. I didn't have time to return the hair because I needed it for a planned vacation woth events. I made the clip ins work. My hair just looked two-toned but it suficed. The ponytail however I could not use at all. Also, so much of the hair is synthetic.... :(”
