“I have another set of Bellami hair extensions before purchased them from their LA store, the off black 24inch 180g I got in the mail were nothing like the quality of the hair I got in the store. They tangled so easily and didn’t have the same feel in terms of quality. The add on pony was a huge disappointment as you couldn’t get it in with out all the hair tangling. All in all I was completely disappointed and felt that I wasted over $200. The quality was not the same as the hair I bought in their store, I loved those ones.”
“I ordered this ponytail wrap extension because I have shorter hair and love the look of a long ponytail. I received it fairly quickly, but was extremely disappointed when I opened the package. The hair looks like plastic and doesn’t hold a curl whatsoever. I tried washing the extension to remove any coating on the hairs and that didn’t help at all. I tried using the ponytail straight and the clip thing kept slipping out of my hair no matter what I did. This ponytail has been sitting in my room not being put to use because it’s impossible to work with. So disappointed because I love my Bellami clip ins. Won’t be purchasing again.”
