“The bottom tracks always tangle no matter what I do. I brush them with a soft boar bristle brush, and still manage to lose a ton of hair. They are beautiful but not top quality.”
“The ponytail I received was beautiful so long and soft. However after only 20 minutes of wearing this piece it was extremely tangled! Tangled to the point that even after running a brush through it it would just get tangled again. I was hoping to be able to bring this piece on vacation with me however I'm not even able to wear it anymore. I don't understand how after just 20 minutes of wear the hair could be so tangled and unmanageable. I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase.”
