“Sorry to say but I'm not happy at all. As soon as I received my ponytail I sent you guys an email as it was the wrong colour. I thought I'd see what my options were as I hadn't even unwrapped it. The picture on your website to what I got did seem a little different- however I do understand as I'm shopping online & there can be a difference in colour. I did not get a reply from you guys, so I now have something I can't use. And not to even hear anything back is really bad & very disappointing.”
“I use these almost every day and I LOVE them, the only down fall is that the color blonde is a little bit icer of a blonde in person than it is in the picture. I wish I would have gotten a more golden blonde soo the picture is a little bit deceiving”
