“So I ordered Ash Blond clip in extensions awhile ago. Decided to get the braided headbands to help me out for a style I want for my wedding day. The Ash Blonde Braid doesn’t match at all. So I asked customer service what they recommended.....they said Dirty Blonde. So I ordered that one. IT STILL DOESN’T MATCH. So now I have 2 braids that are so far off. And it’s not worth shipping them back because I have to pay for shipping.”
