“I ordered the bag to store my extensions and they sent just the clip. I wrote them and they told me to keep the clip and they would ship what i really ordered (which i thought was great) and they NEVER SENT IT .”

I have had these almost a month and still experiencing fallout daily with these.”

Also, the colors are not what they say they are. I ordered a 1B, only to receive what looked like a 4. It’s a caramel color, it is no where near off black. ALSO, when I reached out about a not received order, I placed two, they told me I would have to file a claim with my local post office. Buyers beware, this is a total sham.”
