“I paid for a nice hanger and protector case and got the most damaged one. it was completely crumbled and the plastic was not smooth. the letters were faded too. their customer service team never got back to me. if they were more professional about it I would be ordering a bunch of products from this brand for my family. I never got a replacement so its disappointing”
