“The hair is okay. I tried the 18 inch and the hair was worse than the cheap hair from Sally’s. It was thin and and it was always tangled. Will never buy that again. I had previously bought the 20 inch hair and it was good but two of the clips were messed up. I switched the clip from one of the little hair extensions and put it on and it was fine. After spending $160 I shouldn’t have to but I did. I just got this new 20 inch and the clips are also messed up! I don’t understand why this clips are not clipping! And of course I can’t return because once you open it, you can’t return it. I do have to say that the 20 inch hair is much better than the 18 inch so definitely spend a few more dollars Andy get the 20 inch.”
