“Ordered a product the first time and loved it... decided to order the same one again to hold another set of extensions and it came looking totally different. Plastic was so wrinkly like it will rip any second.. the gold letters on the case were fading and the gold paint on the hanger was chipping. The size was different as well. I had to make sure this extension case was actually From bellami. So disappointed”

“I ordered chocolate brown extensions a few months back and took advantage of the deal around cyber Monday and ordered the same color (chocolate brown) however, when the package arrived, the color was different! On the package it said chocolate brown so I’m not sure if they just changed the color all together or what but i was disappointed. My other purchases have been awesome though”
