“I never received my hair extensions! I emailed customer service and i told them that Bellami shipped them on the 23rd of November and I never received them, and they responded to say that they didnt actually ship them till the 31st. But i clearly have a shipping email on the 23rd. I Want a FULL refund on a product I never received!! Im very pissed off because I was planning to use it during my christmas parties etc but i never received anything!! This is unacceptable and i spend over $300 Australian dollars and still have nothing in the mail. I went to check the tracking number and it is still in Miami since the 12th of Dec!! I want my money back and you can deal with the postal service!!”
