“The extensions are awful. I work in the casino industry and where we all wear extensions. I had hot heads in for 5 years and took them out to use these. They're awful! They're so thin and scraggly looking! Nothing like the picture on the website. (My know-nothing-about-hair boyfriend even commented about how then the ends are before I said anything) I plan on contacting your company about them and if I don't receive a refund I'll make sure to write a formal review about them and make sure other coworks and friends do not order.”
