“Hair was extremely curly and frizzy after washing and laying flat to dry. After curling multiple strands in multiple wefts melted down to black plastic in the hair and on the wand. When this was addressed with customer service I was told I toned the hair ( which I did not because it matched perfectly as I had a color match by email). Bottom line after coating was removed hair was curly, severely frizzy and melted when curled with the wand. Customer service is unprofessional. I also want to note this is my third set of hair from this company and every single set prior to this was amazing didn't melt and lasted for 9 months, being worn 5/7 days a week.”

There was difficulty with getting any fast replies via their email or social media channels (replies came through long after I had received my order) & discount codes didnt work.”
