“I purchased 24in clip in extensions that were supposed to be either 260g or 280g and a darker brown color for about $300. All of the clip almost immediately started to fall out the first time I wore the hair, I had to re-sew them back in. The first time I washed the hair (in cold water, always) half the color faded...to the point that I have gray streaks running thru them. They're so thin that I had to go to a hair store and but a whole set of 20in extensions (170g and they're thicker than the ones I bought from you) just to fill in my head. So... Over $400 into hair extensions that change color every time they're washed and fall apart constantly. Oh, and OF course I had to open the package and break the seal to figure out how bad they were, so I voided the warranty. I will not ever be repurchasing your product. It's disappointing because I know a lot of girls who use your products that didn't have the same experience, but based on my experience I will never recommend your hair to anyone... Ever....”
