“I ordered my extensions and when I first got them I was in love! Then I washed them and it all went downhill from there. I washed them in a sulfate free shampoo as recommended and let them air dry. As soon as they dried I realized my extensions got lighter and no longer matched the color of my hair. As soon as I put them back in my hair, they started knotting and when I combed them out, the hair started falling out. I have been wearing extensions for years now and I know how to care for them and the people I've been emailing made it seem like I knew nothing about them and what products to use, which I do. Because the company has a no refund policy once opened the only thing they sent me were 3 extra pairs of wefts. These extensions are $189.99+, and I just wasted money on them. I will not be buying from them again.”
“I was really looking forward to buying these since I have heard a lot about them and they are a higher brand then My usual ones. But they really disappointed me. When I got them i loved them but only a week later on The clips on several of them were loose and hanging out and already ripped off.... i take great care of the extensions while I kept them In the given bellami hanger and case. Also there is a lot of shedding but My usual cheaper brand Held up way longer and better then these had and I spent more then 200$ on these....
Plus i got the pony tail that was described as 20 inches and Watched a ton of youtube reviews and i was so excited to get it , then I went to see it and it is definitely not 20” its more like 14 if you ask me. I was really upset to spend all this money on crappy products....
Ill just go back to my older brand .”
