“Average product, similar but higher priced than other places I’ve bought from. Still nice and I like them, but wasn’t life changing. Also, customer service response is not good. I’ve sent messages multiple times with no response. I would price shop before buying from here.”
“Well, this is sad to say but I’ve been wanting to order BELLAMI extensions for quiet a few years now, so I was excited to receive them. Shipping was amazing. From the day I ordered them it took 3 business days. I was ecstatic! Took the tester out of the package and it was way darker than pictured on the website. So I took the tester and had my hair coloured to match. Not a huge deal at all. But the disappointment came when I opened what was supposed to be 180 grams of hair. It couldn’t be the farthest from 180 grams. I clipped them in and my god it looked like I had strings on my head. FYI I have extremely thin hair so you could imagine my confusion. The normal hair extensions I buy are 150gram set and I can’t even wear the full set because it looks to fake. When I would get my keratin bonded hair extensions my stylist never put more than 150grams in but she did that so she’d have more hair to layer and cut to my style. So that is why I picked this exact set. I didn’t want to risk the 120 grams to be to thin so I went with the 180 grams so I’d have that extra wiggle room to play with. I just don’t see how these are 180 grams at all.”
