“My experience was less than great but I never received the hair so I can not say anything negative about that. What I can say is customer service was less the ok they made me wait more than five days to then begin the refund process never offered a re-ship and I ended up having to go local with my hair since I had an event to go too and it took close to 3 weeks to finally get confirmation that I was being refunded.....Just por customer service.”
