“First things first, not a full lace wig. Second, whoever did the dye job left streaky coloring and bands of mismatched hair. Third, split ends galore. And fourth, I was sent the wrong wig. It took a week to get ahold of the company, and even then they dragged their feet for another week and half. I finally got the correct one and wow, disappointed. After being a customer for seven years and with this last issue and the declining quality, I’m bowing out to find a different reputable company with better quality.”
