“My extensions were supposed to be dirty blonde but they looked pink! And did not match my dirty blonde hair at all. Very disappointed as these are supposed to be for my wedding in 8 days. The dirty blonde look more like strawberry blonde and do not have any low lights in them. My colorist tried to fix them with 4 rounds of purple shampoo which barely helped…”
“My hair color is very hard to match so I had to return my initial order and reorder a different color, the second set was much closer in color but I had a hard time blending the back, Do not wash these if you can help it, mine became slightly damaged but were still usable, overall if you are looking for thick extensions without the thick wefts, these are it! Customer service was exceptional as well! Made the process of returning very easy! Will be buying again in future . I just wish I could easily match my hair color.”
“I was so excited to get these for my upcoming wedding, only to be quite surprised and totally disappointed when my package arrived. I wish I could attach a photo, but the dirty blonde silk seam extensions I received are LITERALLY strawberry blonde through and through. Like, very very obvious pink and red highlights. I also got the dirty blonde ponytail which was an entirely different color than the clip ins. No red tint in sight. The picture of the dirty blonde both on here and their instagram is extremely misleading. I will be sending them back, unfortunately. I gave 2 stars for the feel of them - they are high quality hair.”
