“Well I’ve been buying hair extensions from you for years and actually this was the very first batch of hair that I was not happy with. It was extremely thin and it looks kind of bad in my hair I’m sorry to have to report that but like i said they did not match up to my past hair I would love to have these replaced if I may thank you”
“Color is beautiful but quality of the hair is not. It is staticy and looks like it is damaged in a way. When contacted customer service , they said that's how it suppose to be. Funny because I have other bellami hair and the quality is better than that. In order to get a refund/exchange, have to send it back for an inspection and so on so forth, I bought the hair for specific occasions that I can not send it back.”
