“The quality Bellami hair has decreased significantly. The hair tangles up easily even on the first use. For more than 200 hundred dollars it is not with it. I can stress enough how disappointed I am.”
“Extentions are not platinum blonde they are more like a dirty blonde kinda brassy tone and I always have to pay a hairstylist to purple shampoo the extensions to match my platinum blonde hair and then extentions loose their moisturizer and softness . It’s really frustrating.”
“I have always used bellami. Their products are always so great. But I purchased this set and within 2 wears they were falling apart. Little chunks were just pulling off. I never use anything damaging. I take very good care of my extensions. I’m not sure if I just got a bad batch or what? But I had reached out to customer service MULTIPLE times about this issue and have yet to hear anything back. I paid a lot of money for these and for them to just be falling apart after a couple uses is unacceptable.”
