“I’ve had the 18” silk seam extensions in rooted cool brown for 4 months now and I’m ready to give an in-depth review! I had never worn extensions because my hair is extremely fine and I had some concerns: 1) that the extensions would show 2) that they would hurt or pull my hair out 3) that they would be a pain to put in everyday 4) that they would look unnatural.
I was so happy when I realized the extensions wouldn’t show. I do have to feel around a few times during my long workday to make sure they’re still hidden but it’s not something I worry about constantly. They’re very comfortable. When I first got them I put them too low in my head and they pulled slightly on the fine hairs by my neck but I soon learned that when I placed them higher I couldn’t feel them at all. It takes me less than 5 minutes to brush and put them in. I don’t wear a full face of makeup and I dress casually for work so having beauty pageant hair was unrealistic, however I get tons of compliments on my hair and if I wanted to get that beauty pageant look I could. I wear my hair straight and don’t do any teasing or use volumizing products. If you’re considering purchasing extensions I highly recommend these.”
“The piece of hair that's used for testing came damaged, the weft clip was broke and wouldn't clip. There was also a damaged clip on one of my wefts inside of the package.”
