“First time buyer of Bellami. One of my front clips stopped working after my first couple wears and was definitely defective. Ive been buying extensions for years and this is not common. I emailed customer service about my issue they offered me $80 credit and never sent it to me. Even after I emailed them again asking about it they still just put me off. Also the clip in extensions are too heavy for my scalp and liking. Will be avoiding buying from Bellami in the future.”
“I wish your picture would show the top of the extensions. It is really hard to colormatch and I do not see where can I return if the color did mot match.”
“I’ve had a lot of clips ins - the colors they offer were amazing. However, I’ve ordered these in the past but these are ultra thin this time! Kinda of wasted my money”
“I started experimenting with clip-in extensions in 2022 at the age of 45. I purchased these "ash bronde highlight 18" clip-ins, then went to the Bellami salon in downtown NYC and had them cut and installed and was quite pleased. About two months later I decided to try hand-tied sew-in extensions using the IBE method and using a combination of IBE one and reserve hair. I loved it, but it cost a fortune. I paid about $15,000 for a year of toning, move-ups, highlights, etc. My hair looked amazing, but I could tell that despite a very talented extensionst, my fine hair was thinning. I took them out and had lost about 50-60% of my natural hair. My hair is growing back and returning to a good state of health and I've decided not to put sew-in extensions back in. I decided that I want the flexibility of only putting them in for special occasions and not putting the traction on my hair follicles 24/7. I went back to these Bellami clip-ins and they look just as good as my sew-ins. My husband and friends did not even notice the difference.”
