“Buyer beware - I decided to buy some bellami extensions because I had a client wearing them and loved the silk seam feature - they sit on her head wonderfully. My complaint lies with the absolute difference between shades online and product received. I am a hairstylist who has purchased extensions from several other companies, and I’ve never once needed help matching. These extensions came so incredibly chunky colored, it was completely
unreasonable to keep - i would say also they’re incredibly darker on the lowlight and lighter on the highlight than I think is reasonable for pictures shown online. When my displeasure was expressed to customer service absolutely NO apology was given, just the standard “you can return”. Additionally, I payed extra for 2 day shipping initially - apparently the company doesn’t care if the return is ON THEM. It’ll take me 7-14 days for them to even ship out the replacement extensions because they have to check to see if I opened the package or not?
I am looking forward to receiving the correct color (which I had to look for additional pictures on Google to find the right match. The consult service they offer is nice, but should not be this necessary), as I know the actual extension is nice, but I will NOT be ordering again and I will be looking for alternative brands to recommend to clients, as I cannot in good conscience recommend Bellami.”
“Extensions but nothing like what was on the website. I had previously ordered the same extensions about a year ago and looked nothing like the ones I had previously purchased. Emailed customer service and provided them pictures and was told the lighting could be off on the website which is wrong.”
