“Normally the extensions I get are perfect. The hair is soft and untangled. Unfortunately this package was not the same. The hair did not feel nearly as soft as it usually does and the ends looks split like it had been used before or maybe I just got a bad package of hair. I usually feel like the money is well spent, this time I was a little upset.”
“I’ve been purchasing these clip ins for several years but my last purchase I received the hair seems a little different. The quality isn’t the same the hair is usually silky and very smooth but this package wasn’t as smooth or shiny but it still looks good so I’ll continue to use it.”
