“The extensions did not seem great in quality but not the worst. When my stylist worked with it she told me it was not human hair . She’s a professional and knew right away it was not human hair as the company claims.”
“I loved my old bellami’s so i was excited to get a new set that would match my natural color hair after a decade of red. I also wanted to try the silk seam. The silk seam does feel great but i was surprised at how there were half the wefts of the extensions i got years ago, and no single wefts, and it was pretty much the same price. then the clip on one of them was broken immediately and instead of just replacing the weft, i have to exchange the whole thing. I ordered these do i would have them for a trip and now I’m worried if i try to ex hange i won’t get the new set in time. They also used to come in a bag w a hanger and they didn’t have that either so it’s gonna be hard to style and transport them. They also only let u try one weft and if u want to try the rest they consider it “opened” and won’t let u exchange for color which seems hard to color match from one small piece when you want to see how it looks over all. Also the color match wasn’t helpful, i sent the same photos twice and got 2 different answers. I ended up picking a different color and it matches fairly well but sample wefts would make a huge difference. The hair itself feels nice and I’m hoping to get the clip fixed (and hoping more won’t break) but it’s not the same bang for your buck i got previously”
