“Hair extensions didn’t show the first time, then they sent a new pair. Once received I opened it and the extensions were knotted together. After brushing them out I tried them in and one of the clips had fallen off. With all this being I was already told that I wouldn’t be able to get money back because they had sent me a replacement. I find them very thick, my hair is very thin and even my hairstylist couldn’t get them to work in my hair. Not happy at all with this product.”
