“I’m a licensed hairstylist of 20 yrs. I’ve only had these extensions for less than a month, I shampooed them once with the Bellami shampoo and conditioner, yet they are already frizzed and tangle easily. It bunches and knots up like cheap hair. I use 350 heat or less, sleep with a silk bonnet, and air dried them after washing. I constantly have to brush them bc they knot up after an hour. I’m extremely disappointed bc the quality use to be better. I feel the quality has changed and I feel ripped off bc it’s the same quality as cheaper synthetic blended hair, but more expensive. This is not 100% human hair. I’m looking for a new vendor. I wanted this hair to last at least a year. The packaging was nice. Everything thing else, 1 star.”

“After a month of purchasing my hair, my extension looks like a dirty mop. Too expensive for just one month worth of nice hair. The hair falls off and you can brush it because you start with a full hair and you end up with spaghetti strings. Don't get me wrong it looks beautiful the first few days after the first wash except for a dirty mop.”
“I’ve ordered Bellamy clip ins for years. I’m a hairdresser and I even recommend them to my clients and I no longer feel comfortable doing so. The color of these was SOOOOO far off from both the picture and the description. It was more of a rooted highlight than what was described. And the extensions were not enough hair for my head of hair. I’ve never ordered the Silk Seam line and I never will ever again. There’s 5 pieces and it’s just simply not enough hair. Not worth the price. A regular pack of clip in extensions was always enough for me being that my hair is relatively thin , but with this new line I need at least another full set. And for the price I already paid it’s not worth It. Very disappointed Bellami.”
