“I was so excited to order the clip in extensions to use for my upcoming wedding after multiple hair dressers recommended the brand. I did the color match and ordered what was recommended. When the box arrived (which the packaging was complete beat up) the color did not match. I sent multiple emails asking what I could exchange it for, plus I tried doing another color match to see if someone else would respond. The only response I ever received was the link the exchange them but no suggestion on what the exchange them for. I had to end up paying my hair dresser to dye them so I could use them for my wedding. While the product seems to be good quality, the customer service is lacking enough to make me not order from here again”
