“Last minute, the team that was doing my hair for my daughters wedding told me to order extensions for an updo. I did the color match and paid to have this sent two day air. I received the product and brought with me. This was a destination wedding. When the team opened the box, the color did not match correctly. They said they had no choice but to make do with what we had and we used three of the extensions. Since they give Bellami so much business they told me to reach out because the color was wrong. I reached out and they told me to do a color match again. I sent the pictures and now they told me a different color matches my hair, yet they want me to buy them because the others were used. Since color match last week was one color and today color match is another color, it clearly shows they sent me the wrong color. Shop else where, their customer service is terrible.”
“I have medium thickness and length of hair, and there isn’t nearly enough hair to make it a good blend. I won’t be able to wear this unless I get more hair.”
“Color was completely off, it is an auburn color.. for the cost of these you would think the color would at least be somewhat close to what the decription states.
Customer service told me I could exchange it if it was not tampered with which it was not. But then went back to say that cannot exchange it.
Not impressed with the quality or the customer service. Will not be recommending Bellami to anyone and would advise strongly against it.”
“Root of the “cool brown” is not ash brown. It has a yellowish undertone that did not match my hair. My roots are similar to the girl in the photos, which is darker and cooler than the extensions. Check out samples on a Bellami ring before buying based on photos! Had to exchange for ash brown and blond ones.”
