“This is the second set of extensions I’ve purchased, and unfortunately, the same issues happened again. The hair gets extremely tangled, sheds an excessive amount, and becomes unmanageable. After washing it — even using a sulfate-free shampoo and the brand’s own mask — the result was even worse. I let it air dry, and the hair turned out very dry, frizzy, and rough to the touch. Honestly, it’s really disappointing, especially considering the high price. I expected much better quality.”
