“I’ve been ordering Bellami extensions for years. They’re usually super silky for the first few months and don’t tangle much during use. This time my extensions started tangling on the first day and my stylist was laughing saying it feels used and definitely not brand new. Upon further inspection I noticed some of the hairs looked like they weren’t thoroughly dyed black. That might be why it’s so tangly because it’s been dyed to black.”
“It keeps burning when I straighten them, seems like it’s synthetic hair. I tried calling and your stuff was not helpful at all. I used to buy your extensions and now I definitely won’t anymore. I am a 10 year customer and I’m so disappointed that you guys weren’t even trying to take care of me. This will be my last set that I buy and I will not recommend your product.”
