“The new silk seam is a great idea but I find the extensions slipping out of my hair easily, the weaft is too thin that it doesn’t grasp on the hair. Personally prefer the original seam”

“I love love the quality, the hair is great. I did send photos however to you guys and you color matched me through email. And sent the color of another set of extensions I wear from another brand to match them to yours. I ordered dark brown, and the little trial piece just didn’t cut it lol, so I did open the box and the color was just wayyyy to far off, yes it matches my roots almost but the bottom of my hair most definitely not. I unfortunately can not wear them due to the dramatic color change sadly. I know there is a no return on open boxes, which was a mistake.
The color way too dark for me and I need about a medium brown, not dark brown. I wish there was a little hair swatch ring you could purchase or get sent before you actually make your big purchase.”
