“Brutal back and forth with customer service. No resolution and scammed me for 80$ that wasn’t refunded. Claimed it was duties but verified there was no duties on the package at all. Total scam artists! Also the hair is thin and rough. Very upsetting since I paid $600 CAD. Would not recommend”
“So I purchased these extensions and was having my hairdresser put them in for me. We realized after opening they are clip ins and not weft even though it says it nowhere except small lettering at the bottom so very deceiving marketing. Then we just took off the clips and starting installing but the seam is a lot thicker with clip ins so it felt like I was getting stitches in my scalp to use this product. I also realized I won’t be able to reuse this $300 hair because of the seam. I contacted customer service to see what they could do for me as I was not expecting a full refund or anything but just some sort of compromise because of their false and deceptive advertising. I was told point blank that they were unwilling to help me with anything and I was quote ‘shit out of luck’. The whole experience was terrible and it was the one gift I got for my birthday so my entire birthday was ruined. If I could give zero stars I would, hopefully if you buy this hair you know that their customer service will not do anything for you and they are very rude and unprofessional.”
“It’s a bit too long to be considered “rooted. It’s about 4 inches of root. I like it though and the colors aren’t warm which is a good thing. The ends were a bit frayed.”
“I decided to bleach my hair and dye it blue, and I wanted hair extensions to match. I decided to get the closest colour match was to dye a set of extensions.
I found this set with a nice brown roof which closely matched my hair, and decided to GO FOR IT.
I already have a set of Bellami hair extensions and loved them. But what I didn’t realize was how well they extensions would take dye.
They literally matched PERFECTLY. They are still in an amazing condition, and do not tangle easily.
I have shampooed them 3 times and deep conditioned them after each time, and these extensions are still in amazing condition!
