“Recieved my parcel which was wrapped in a bag, the box was squashed completely meaning the extensions had all come apart and been ruined. I understand this is down to delivery but thought due to the price you pay, it would come in better more protective packaging. Attempted reaching out to Bellami and they were extremely patronising and condescending. Also, they ignored things I’d put in the email and only responded to sections of the email. Was hoping for a partial refund or for them to just send me new ones along with their genuine apologises but instead I received sarcastic, rude and as said before, patronising emails. I NEVER complain but I cannot get my head around how much money I spent for it all to be damaged including the hanger and hair and then when I reached out, getting such a negative response. Would avoid.”
“I have used bellami for years and over the years the price has gone up and yet the quality has gone down, with minimal styling/heat and regular maintenance as suggested on care instructions the hair quickly sheds and becomes knotted easily”
