“Ordered the 22 in Honey comb highlight and love them so I ordered the 18 in to have a choice of length and without hesitating I opened them up only to see a very yellow color which looks nothing like the original which is creamy blond. The biggest issue I had after that was zero response from customer service after writing twice and offering to show the pics of both side by side. Never heard once back! Ive been a client for 3 years and ordered about 9 times. Terrible!”
