“I was really excited to find some cool toned extensions finally. I ordered the pearl blonde highlight. They are completely brass colored. They look nothing like the stock photo. Ordered them for a bachelorette party and I can’t wear them. Pretty annoyed at the false advertising.”
“I take great care of my extensions, but the hair continues to fall out and they look bare. I don’t even wear them enough for this to be happening, the ends look terrible and are very thin. I have been wearing Bellamy extensions for a few years and the clip ins are the only ones I would give a bad review to.”
“I love the quality of the hair, length & everything about it. The color matched my hair PERFECTLY. Unfortunately on my 3rd wear a chunk of the hair came out. I’ve used extensions my whole life so I’m very cautious when it comes to the care of them. When I emailed about it I was just told to send them in to be looked at but that just seems like a huge inconvenience for me when I need my hair for a few events.”
“Everything was great but they were way longer than I expected. I don’t feel like the pictures on the site do a good job at showing the difference between 20” vs 22”. You do get a test strand with your set when you purchase but it didn’t really help much to show just how crazy long the 22” was going to be; and once I took the extensions out and saw the gravity of just how crazy long they were, it was too late to exchange them for 20” (since the return policy voids once you open the main pack). I did extensive research and measured my hair etc. All before selecting 22” over the 20”, but until you can see it on yourself in person, it’s so hard to know. Really disappointed that I couldn’t exchange for the 20””
