After this last time I think it’ll be my last unfortunately.
I’ve bought these extensions times before, and this time they came soooo extremely dark, almost black.
I contacted bellami and they just said we can’t guarantee it’ll be the same everytime which I totally understand, but these weren’t even close to what I’ve had before.”

“The color of the hair on the website is not the same that I received in the mail the hair that I received looks nothing like the picture advertised I was very disappointed in the color match because what you advertise is the color of my hair I had my cosmetologist match it and like I said what I received was nothing like advertised it’s definitely going to have to be color matched to my hair I don’t know that I would but again after such an experience”
