“Ive been wearing extensions for 25+ yrs now and this set i received 1 month ago - now wears like it is synthetic hair. It knots up and looks like a rats nest, the color is dull - no shine to it at all, I just seems like cheap hair and for the price of it - its not worth it . I have requested a return and exchange - so hopefully Bellami will back their return policy and send me a replacement set - of good quality hair that i can wear for the next at least 4 months. The Quality Value rating wont let me choose a 1 - it automatically chooses 3 - thats fraud & a false rating right there at its finest from this company . Not a good look !”
“I purchased these because I cut my hair a little too short and missed my long hair. I ordered them, paid the package protection and faster shipping only for them to either get stolen by a fed ex employee or lost. Don’t waste your time. I reached out to the bellami team and they never once apologized offered me any better solutions. The extensions are pricey. After all I had to wait for my refund about 7 days. The only thing they offered was to replace them or give me my refund. I do not understand why they don’t just switch the delivery method. It’s so disappointing because I was looking forward to them because of the quality that they offer but I’ll be shopping some place else for extensions only because of the poor customer service.”
